Eagle quarterback Brett Mooring received his first offer from East Carolina Pirate Head Coach Skip Holtz and it should be the first of dozens for the signal caller with a big time arm and uncanny athletic ability. |
Samuel Harvill of Springdale, Arkansas' Shiloh Christian is the recorded World Record Holder for Bench Press by a 15 year old. His current bench press stands at 490 pounds, with a 225 rep of 42 times. In addition to his incredible numbers in the weight room, Harvill started as a freshman on his State Runner-Up Shiloh team and received all-conference honors. He is getting early attention from colleges, attention that's sure to pick up in the coming years. |

Tulsa offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn stopped in at Springdale Har-Ber High School this week. He made a big splash by offering Wildcat safety Houston Pruitt a scholarship to roam the secondary for the Golden Hurricane. Pruitt is a member of the 2007 Arkansas Super Sophomore team and the first prospect in Arkansas' Class of 2010 to receive an offer. |
